Maybe. He's raw, so he'd most likely clear waivers. Roster spots are valuable, so it's unlikely someone would sign him to their active roster.

I just tried this again. It's really hard, especially since guys like Chris Carr and Parys Haralson aren't taken into account. There are going to be some really hard cuts. I would not want this job.
