Y’all are acting like this is the 53 we will have on 9/11. It’s not.
Some of these guys will be cut after everybody sets their PS and makes their waiver claims. The Saints will also make 2 or 3 claims and veterans will be cut.
This is chess over the next few days, not checkers.

Only surprises for me was keeping 4 TEs and a FB and keeping Trequan.
Thought Hansen might have stuck if we had kept 6 LBs. Or was he hurt hurt?

We've kept 4 several times in the past, even with a FB, but I'm more surprised given who we have at TE and FB that we kept 4 plus a FB.

I actually went back and watched the Chargers game. Man, he plays fast and physical. Made some really great plays. He has some potential.

Looks pretty good. Saints have 2 backups for Davenport---that's about right cause you know he will miss at least 6 games with some type of injuries, e.g. paper cuts from checks he is stealing from the team.
