How is it not practical? We could always use another good DB, especially in the NFL. If the secondary is locking the WR's down, it would not matter who we line up at DT or DE, we are going to get to the QB. It could go both ways too. If we get a really good D-Lineman to put pressure on the QB, then it helps the DB's too.
But if I was going to have the #1 pick in the NFL draft this season, with the Saints, I would take PP7. He is one of those guys you should not pass up on. Just sayin.
