Some interesting FA choices:

NYG Orleans Darkwa (4.3 YPC behind one of the worst OLs in football last year)

PHI Kenjon Barner (also returns kickoffs)

SEA Thomas Rawls (could be a good buy-low opportunity but he's a RFA)

He'd be a great pickup, but someone is going to pay him imo.

Agreed - we may need to go super bargain shopping bc of the other holes in the roster.

OP suggested we get a ‘violent runner’, and you suggest travaris cadet?

That dude falls over faster than an empty styrofoam cup during a hurricane

Wow

And runs a straight line on kickoffs, right into one of our players and then falls down.

we ABSOLUTELY should incorporate a third back more.

I think that can be resolved very cheaply though.

5th or 6th rounder should be absolute limit of expenditure if someone fell who we liked.

I think we could actually accomplish the task by simply signing 3 or 4 udfa RB's. Based on the numbers...we'll hit on at least 1 of them. Backup RB's are absurdly cheap if your scouts have a good eye.

We have 2 great RB's, but nothing after that. RB should be our main target in the udfa department imo (even if we draft 1).

If Kamara continues to return kicks then we need another back as insurance.

Would love another draft gem in the 5th or 6th round.

Pick up Darrell Williams as a UDFA.

I wouldn't draft one, but I would like a short thick back that I know is going to get 1-2 yards 95% of the time.

Were you not satisfied with the production of Ingram and Kamara? I mean they only had 1,200 more yards from scrimmage and 14 more touchdowns than the Philly RBs (I included Sproles' numbers as well).

Maybe we need a 2nd QB like Philly uses too.

Would be a nice add but don’t be shocked when he gets picked in the 5th/6th

Yea, I'd be surprised if Darrell Williams makes it past the 6th round. He would have to run a VERY slow 40 time for that to happen.
