What round should draft this prodigy?

Have you been watching what young QB's are doing in this league lately?

Other than Andy Dalton What young QBs have been doing so great in the league that wasn't a high first rounder. And I see Geno going in the 3rd Round.

I'm thinking more Teddy Bridgewater…. by the time he's ready to come out of college into the pro ranks, Brees will have another 2, maybe 3 years, in which time an already accurate Bridgewater can learn the game without having to be thrust into the spotlight right away….

if you haven't seen him yet, check out his numbers…. kid is good, and if LSU would have been willing to offer his teammate Eli Rogers (who is a solid player too), he probably would be in Baton Rouge right now, but that's another story….

anyway, he's a true soph., and he'll need to add some weight and get some more experience before NFL ready, so i could see him staying in college for 4 years

I think there's still a few years before you worry about drafting a backup to groom. I do agree that it's good to have someone come in while Brees is still around to show him the ropes, especially in a complex system like the one Payton runs.

since these QB draft threads won't stop and I'm the annoying mocker I'll chime in

no replacement fo sho

maybe another 6th or 7th Rder to develop tho. Chance Daniels might move on. Do Jordan Rodgers Vandy (Aaron's brother) then do Stephen Rivers LSU (Phillip's brother) the next year

and yet another trying to win a DATTY along with CELJUN and the other jerkoff who started that "should we tank" thread. we definitely are going to have a laundry list a mile long for DATTY nominees this year at the rate we are going.

You base this on 2 games of shitty oline play and a ton of dropped passes?
