If there is a clear recovery it can be overturned. Been like that for a few years now

How can anything count if it’s done after the whistle? How does that not break all the rules of the game?

Well it has to be a clear recovery. If the ball clearly bounces into a player it’s a clear recovery. There are recoveries that wouldn’t be reviewable though
