I can't be sold on him. He failed in college and fired from his alma mater. He has his choice of QB in college and in NFL. It did not work. He is good at being an OC and working with QB and play calling. Handling the other duties that a HC must do, it is not for him.

We should stop wanting old retreads and go after a guy looking for a shot like the lions did with Dan Campbell.
