How was that not pass interference?

Facing the WR, got there first, pushing him out of bounds, never turns his head, WR touches the ball in bounds and gets pushed out.

He had his hands on it in bounds. It was high, but who knows what he could have done it he wasn’t being hit before the ball got there.
