How lucky are we?

For the past 12 seasons and counting we have gotten to witness the greatest quarterback of all time play for the New Orleans Saints.
Super Bowl title, countless records, mind-blowing stats, amazing work ethic, inspiring leadership.
Helped bring hope to a broken city.
And on top of that just an overall great person.
To Drew Brees, the greatest to ever do it and a Saint for life

Not saying Bridgewater is even close to Brees. But when the time comes we won’t be falling off a cliff as a franchise like many were panicking about before the season

The question is will Teddy hang around for one more year. In my totally uninformed opinion, it seems like Brees is really feeling the urge to spend more time with his family now that his kids are growing up. I could easily see him hang it up after next year or with a championship this year.

We are very lucky! Drew Brees is by far my favorite athlete amongst any sport and I believe he is the greatest qb of all time!

We also have pretty much been in the playoffs half the time Brees has been here.
And if not for Payton's season long suspension that playoff stat would be even better.
