How can the Saints not go after receivers in free agency?

Goodness, I see all of these super talented receivers coming out of the draft every year! Hopefully this year, Loomis, Sean, and Ireland will draft a talented WR in the first round Aign a top FA WR and a receiving veteran TE in free agency!

Also, need to upgrade the OL!

Agreed. We’ve been asking for WR upgrades since like 2017 or so, yet we never go after any of them or upgrade. I don’t get it.

Our defense has become legit, though

OL is fine if it stays healthy.

Grab a WR1 in the draft. If MT13 actually plays next year we'll have a great offense.

Saints got one of the best WRs available in FA just a couple years ago w/Sanders from the 49ers. Of course he was meant to be the WR2 to MTs WR1 but MT only showed up for the Playoff loss.

Because the best WRs are overvalued in FA and the Saints don't overpay.

Veteran WRs are becoming less valuable in the NFL. With modernizing of college offenses, WRs are entering the league ready to go and cheap.
