I usually am of this mindset, but it was clear the refs did not have this attitude toward us in the first half so they need to call it both ways

That penalty directly effects the ability to execute the play.

Its one thing if he just lined up with the crown of his helmet an inch or two into the neutral zone. In this play he actually jumped the count and was clearly offsides. Officials can't miss that call.
