Happy Heavenly Birthday to Will Smith. Gone way too soon to a senseless act of violence. RIP

Also, Happy Birthday to La’Roi Glover as well!

I once met Laroi at a Judas Priest concert at the HOB in NOLA. (He was there with Kyle Turley when they were both on the Saints). I was watching the band when I looked to my immediate right and saw Laroi smoking a giant cigar. He saw the shocked look on my face and started laughing his arse off and high fived me. Turley was at the bar surrounded by a bunch of hot blondes. lol (he was a mountain)!

Instigated getting shot in the back and wife shot after a fender bender fleeing the scene act. Sure

I’m still torn on this.

If you watch the video it’s tough to tell if he got rear ended. It’s so close. But not definitive IMO.

1. If he did and he knew he did and drove off then he has to take blame for his roll in instigating it.

2. If he didn’t think he was hit and drove off and was chased down… then his actions were justified for getting out of the car and reacting the way he did.

But it’s not fair to say that either Hayes or Will were wrong. Bc the stories are so blurred. Regardless, both were reckless.

Not sure we will know the truth. Sucks for both families.

If Will had got out of his car first with gun in hand it would be a slam dunk.
But he didn't.
Cardell did get out of his car with gun in hand right after retaliating by hitting the car Will was driving.
It wasn't murder but damn sure a bad shooting.

I guess this debate will go on a long time.

He did? I don’t remember all the facts to be honest.

I know there was testimony in the trial to that effect. Whether from the police, witnesses and/or Cardell himself.

Hard to think about your actions with a BAC of .235. That's a higher level than the guy who plowed through the crowd at Endymion a few years ago. Will Smith was hammered out of his mind that night.

And yet, the perfectly sober other driver, pursued, rammed Smith’s vehicle, and pulled a gun and shot him.

A normal person calls the police and gets an incident report and files an insurance claim instead of ramming the person from the original accident.

There are no known facts that justify pulling that trigger. Some of you are fricking gun crazy.
