I agree with you. They should of flagged him for spearing at least. It's a shitty rule that needs to be addressed.

There is a cause and effect to every game. I'll agree that if the defense held we would have won but the effect of the turnovers put us in that position. No turnovers means a different type of ball game. Why do you think most analyst and all coaches preach ball security, it's because it affects the outcome of the game. Case in point

5 turnovers hurt, but like it's been said, we overcame that. Now they are just being used as an excuse for the eternal GW supporters. Blad play calling in crunch time just needs to stop. We made it way too easy for too many teams to make that final drive.

It's not the point that we overcame them. Had we not had them then we would not have had to overcome them. Thus we would not have had to put the defense in a position. The first half turnovers affected everything, how can some of you not see that. It doesn't matter whether we overcame them. We overcame San Fran on a short field by only giving up fg. Now put them on there own 30 yard line and instead of fg they have to punt, and if they dot punt and actually drive then it eats up clock

We overcame those.
Who gives a shite whether we "overcame" those. It put is in a HUGE hole to begin with and were the ultimate factor in how the rest of the game was played.
