DEFINITIONS1. 1. to have finished dealing with something, so that you do not have to think about it anymore. Let's just give them what they want and be done with it. Synonyms and related words.

Why are you still posting?

It's really not that complicated, at all. Many folks have posted here for years, pretty sure I got on TD specifically for Saints Talk. Some of us just out of habit post here no matter how we feel. TD has many other boards that are good but Saints Talk is just a click away. Most can post here anonymously and not get in trouble at work or with friends like we would on FB posting about how we disagree with what happened with Brees or where the league is going, people can do it on here, get it off their chest, give their point of view. Just b/c some are posting here doesn't mean they will continue watching football.

Complaining will do nothing either you watching or you want be. NFL and the Saints will be ok most are just mad for the moment. As soon as the season starts most will be watching because majority miss sports all together. If they even have a season after cases keep rising. If people want to kneel or sit for the Black National Anthem go right ahead. This is a free country I could careless nobody is being hurt or dead it last for a few minutes.

It's kinda hard to find something football related because this all happened during the dead/boring period of football. When we sign Logan Ryan or Griffen, ST will change for the moment, at least.

Does this forum help the NFL's bottom line? Nah. People can post about it and not watch. It's simple.

Lost almost 30% viewership last time the kneeling occurred. How many you think this time?

And neither will your complaining. We are still in the moment of all this going on, so there will still be posts about it. It’s not like it’s November and people are constantly starting threads about what’s happening right now. Obviously there are people that will get over it and start watching, many also will stop caring about the NFL.

It’s early July, nothing going on right now much with the team, if people wanna complain about some of the players, or the league itself, there’s nothing wrong with that, scroll past or don’t click on the thread.

They are children of the news/talk generation and they obviously think the side that screams the loudest is winning.

It would be cool if you guys had one thread with all your bitching and whining, so the rest of us can talk about football.

But you would rather clog up the entire board with your boycott bullshite and make everyone miserable.

There's a thread right now we are both contributing to clogging up the board bitching about people bitching and whining. There's been several threads bitching about people bitching and whining.

Drew Brees might give you a different take on this. If he was being truly honest instead of pandering.

No one is stopping you from discussing football. Don’t click on the threads. Like those of us who aren’t watching the NFL anymore. We just won’t click on the tv.

This is absolutely correct. And I'll say as I have already, I'm not that angry with Brees. I don't think he needed to apologize but if he were going to, 1 time was enough. I understand he works with 90 plus % black co-workers and the way they acted probably did force him in to it. Most of us aren't in that situation and it's easy to say what we would or wouldn't do. If I just absolutely had to apologize to be able to coexist at work I'd have just done it privately with them, definitely not gone overboard like Brees, but we are all different and have different situations.

Players politics do not bother me, them expressing them don't bother me. I'm civil service, so I'm not allowed to publicly express my political opinions. As it stands right now, I lost way too much respect towards a number of Saints players by how they reacted to Brees publicly on Twitter of all things, to feel a "want" to root for them. I've been obsessed with the Saints my entire life, in a pathetic way. I have no idea as of now if I'll continue watching. I'm sure by mid August if I still feel the same way once summer camp and preseason starts I'll know for sure.

nah come on, give me one link that supports what you're saying. It shouldn't be difficult.

You said it, not me. Support it with facts.
