Damn my bad, I thought a quarterback's primary was to pass the ball. But he does play special teams right, because he was held on Atlanta's punt at the end of the game.
Again if you go back to the post he quoted I was referencing Payton screwing the saints with the taysom contract. I even stated in this thread how he helped us with the runs yesterday. I posted this thread about eating crow because of my comments on Thomas.
How y'all keep bringing up taysom I don't know. He is a great player but a subpar quarterback in the traditional sense.
Not sure which is more sad, y'all constantly defending taysom to someone who is praising him in this thread or that you're getting running circles around by someone who is drinking lmao

Yeah he isn’t a starting caliber QB I agree completely but that being said Taysom is 3-0 against falcons as starting QB. He’s actually 7-2 as a starter. Like I said I don’t think he’s the greatest passer of the football either but the guy is a winner.
He had more rushing yards than Ingram and Kamara combined against falcons and a TD. Idk why we need to criticize the guys passing ability when he had some huge plays for us already this season…

He's a great player, but it was Bs for Sean to tell him he would be a competitor for the starting job. He plays hard, plays with a passion and probably would try to kick a 70 yard field goal if he thought he would help the team win.
But people want to shite on Jameis because taysom ran 50 something yards for a touchdown. Without taysom in the first or 4th with that holding call we probably don't win but without Jameis in the 4th we probably don't either.
As stated this thread was started about Michael Thomas and all it took was a taysom worshipper to attack me personally to turn into yet another taysom thread.
