I'm all for doing whatever I can to spite the NFL until such time as I feel they have adequately atoned for their sins, but lets at least be classy in going about it.

Half the fight is getting people from the other 49 states to care and to side with us. We have to win the optics battle against an entity that employs some of the world's best public relations specialists.

Being vulgar and crude won't help win the hearts and minds of people in Nebraska (or anywhere else) who would otherwise have no reason to care.

In order to get any kind of positive outcome and atonement there must be pressure. That means convincing people who have no personal interest in the matter to care first of all, and that the act was so heinous that they should at the very least post about how awful the NFL is (at least in this situation) to social media.

There is power in tweets if you can get enough of them. If enough people speak out against the no-calls and NFL's handling of the situation (or lack thereof) I think it could be the end of Goodell's reign of terror.

I see him being fired as the best of all possible outcomes. I don't consider having the teams re-play the final 1:48 to be a possible outcome. With a sustained campaign and public support I could see the owners shitcanning Goodell over the optics if we can make them (the optics) bad enough.
