Saleh is getting paid like 200k a day to not coach the jets so i don’t think his list of priorities currently includes joining a 2-4 injury riddled team in October.

Rizzi or Jahri Evans as interim and let both coordinators coach for their next job. Don’t want anyone with ties to Payton, Allen or Loomis on the next staff.

Who cares. The season is lost. If he can tank it harder let him. If he by some chance has great ideas that DA is stifling in his orbit of clowndom then maybe he’ll show something.

Exactly. Let Allen keep coaching until week 10 to make sure we secure a good draft spot. Let Kubiak be interim. Hire Bobby Slowik or Ben Johnson as head coach and Salah as DC. Revamp scouting department and medical staff.
It doesn’t matter who the next head coach is though. We are likely in for at least a 2 to 3 year rebuild. We need to shore up our OL and DL before anything good will happen.

27 points should win a game vs a divisional opponent, especially when the head coach is a supposed defensive guru.... then again guru's can teach tackling and not give up 51 points...

Not trying to be that guy but 20 points because 7 came off punt return. My thing is once Hill went down offense went down. I keep saying it but Kubiak didn't draw up shorter pass plays to offset the oline injuries. I'm not saying don't fire Allen but I don't understand what great scheme/job he has done to warrant the interim job if it's to potentially land the head coaching job.
