NFL Research: Atlanta has blown three 15-plus-point 4th quarter leads since 2020. The rest of the league has blown two 15-plus-point 4th quarter leads combined.

I’m surprised there haven’t been more when you consider the wide open offenses and 2-point conversions. 15 points is just a two-score game.

Had the win percentage calculator at 97 % before they crumbled.

4th quarter only or the whole game?

15+ points 4th quarter leads, which I should have specified. It's been edited, thanks for pointing that out.

28-3 was bad, but at least you can say they just stopped scoring

I still to this day don't understand how that Cowboys game happened. Up 20-0 and then you score 19 more points without turning the ball over and still lose. Just watch the onside kick keep rolling 10 yards and let them recover it

The Texans did it yesterday...losing a 17 point lead. It has only happened one other time in two seasons +1 game? Hard to imagine...not Atlanta's futility, just that so few other teams have choked that kind of lead.

They didn't lose though. I'm assuming this stat is for teams that lost the game after leading by 15+ in the 4th.

All of these Falcons losses have come within the last 5 years.
