Pure idiocy.

You know the professional WRs try hard to not get jammed don’t you? Every now and then the other guy wins.

You mean he got beat once by the guy who holds the NFL Combine 40 yard dash record? The horror.

Other than that he hasnt had his name called much because he is doing his job and doing it well

Push with great upside - a + on the trade.

He looks like the 2nd best corner on the team to me. And that includes Patrick Robinson

Lol, Apple has been with the Saints for 3 weeks and I don't remember him getting beat deep. Corners are going to get beat a play here and there, just the way the NFL is. You can't critize everything .

I think we can all agree that we were expecting more out of him then what he has shown so far.

No I don't think we can agree on that. What the hell were you expecting from him? Sorry the guy isn't Patrick Peterson

He's been very solid since we picked him up, and thats all we needed. I'm not sure what else you can ask from a guy that you traded a 4th round pick for in week 7. Super intrigued to see what he can do the rest of the season, and then next season with a training camp under his belt.

Didn't Ross record the fast official 40 time at the combine EVER?

Yup.

Issue has been health for him, but the kid can fly.

Apple missed the jam and he was beat with no chance after that.

Yep. The trade is starting to look like a heist. I said that we were going to look back in 2-3 years & laugh that all we had to give up was a 4th.

Well, I'm actually already starting to laugh. Our FO gets an A+ for this trade. We even get him on a rookie contract with the 5th year option as well.
