I don’t care much for Kiper but I know enough to know Carter is the most dominating player in the draft, but has a big question of desire to be great. He’s only a bust if he just stays lazy.
I like his chances going to a team with two of his prior teammates from Georgia there already.

And one of the best run teams in the league. They have drafted so stupidly well on the d line for years. They’re going to absolutely contend for years.
