people like tebow too much!!! its sickening!!

So, rather than bash Tebow and go on like a tool, why not just say you don't like Tebow and be done with it?

It's obvious you are flaming and just trying to get a rise out of people (and have apparently been successful) but seriously, choose a topic or stance to flame about that is at least somewhat reasonable so it's not so painfully obvious

Jeff George didn't have accuracy problems in the NFL.

I know he had a cannon, but I don't remember him being that accurate. I could be wrong though.

Not just stirring it but Perrilloux has raw skills. Juice Williams Illinois could be a Pat White-like wildcat specialist.

Same as you said with Tebow, I'd like to see their development this year. Pat White and Juice don't scare me as a passer if I'm facing them.

I wouldn't mind that pick up.

Devlin Delw

I've seen his name around, but don't know much about him. Is he legit or just riding Joe Flaco's coat tails?

Devlin transferred from Penn St. for playing time. Just one for the radar now.

Along with Hiller another MAC guy many think has NFL potential is LeFevour Central Mich.

spread option QB who is short with a so-so arm

he doesn't fit our offense b/c he's not a refined passer AT ALL

something tells me that the saints and payton have probably been working on this sparingly for a while now (like the past few seasons). i'll bet you our scouts have been around the college football world and have a pretty good idea of what they are looking for at this level of the game, and have a few future prospects in mind to come in behind brees down the road.

who wants to bet against me that this guy will be an under the radar smaller school prospect that will be groomed under payton/brees and company?

Last I checked our starting quarterback is considered short. I think a desire to win is the one characteristic is the main component to be a successful quaterback in the NFL...if he has a skill set that can be improved upon Tebow will definitely be a QB in the NFL.....and btw LeFevour is 6'3"

*Cue Drew Brees reference.*

I like LeFevour, I think he can be solid in the NFL. Good movement and a strong enough arm. Like a Steve Young type QB.

drew brees didn't play in a spread option offense

he played in a spread offense. HUGE difference

also brees played in a BCS conference

These are the kinds of guys I'd like to see us bring in. I see Tebow in the same way people see Tyler Hansbrough in the NBA....great character, tough competitor. I just don't see either of those guys being able to be a dominant force in their respective sports because they're not your typical pro athletes. Sure, Tebow could be a good NFL backup QB, but thinking of him as a future starter is a little tougher.

Why do you say that? If he sits behind Brees for a year or two and gets mentoring from Payton, I would think that would put him in a great spot to be succesful.
