Double down on McCaffrey, make Cam beat you

That's what it's going to come down to. McCaffrey is a nightmare waiting to happen if you don't pay him special attention. Make Cam make the throws.

Pitt blitzed the frick out of Cam and forced McCaffrey to stay in to block.
Once you hit him a few times he starts to fold.
And we have Davis to stay with him this year.

That's why you shut McCaffrey down first and foremost. And our run D is legit. Just need Davis to keep doing what he's doing, and bracket if needed.

And/or Anzalone. Regarding Cam I’d just play his WRs tight and in their faces and make him beat you deep. He loves to throw those quick ins and slants, I’d try and stop those with my CBs.

Yeah he was getting steam rolled by the blitzers. Ingram is a super beast at blitz pickup and Kamara has come a long way (on the better side of most backs now).

Seattle's D suffered when they gave the receivers room to run, so yeah absolutely play up and keep Williams deep.

McCaffrey had a hell of a day but he did fumble 3 times got lucky and panthers recovered 2 I believe.

The Panthers fumbled FIVE times and didn't lose one. McCaffrey had 3 as you said, Cam had one, and a receiver had one.
They were lucky as frick with that, but ended up losing a game they deserved to lose.

I watched some of their games this year. I'm amazed the amount of times he's just not covered coming out of the backfield.

It's stupid how open he is at times.
For a guy that fast he should NEVER be given 10+ yards to run free. It happened several times against Sea.
I get the zone defense may not have those flats covered, but you don't call that against the Panthers. He's literally 90% of their offense.
