Loomis will probably try to do his usual. Acquire a bunch of over priced free agents for areas of need so during the draft he can package all of the picks up for a long snapper and future 7th rounder.

Unless some team for some reason sees a player they simply have to have per their scouting reports and willing to trade up, being #1 this year is nothing special. This is the one year having the first overall pick is probably no better than the 3rd pick. Besides, 1st overall will probably mean us shelling out more bucks for a non-guaranteed star.
