He did, but if they detect the water pill, which is on the banned substances, your done for 4 games.

i hope this doesn't hurt deuce's reputation...deuce is a class act and shouldn't be suspended by any means

I would hope the NFL would use good judgment for once, unlike the Hollis asthma pump suspension

Why shouldn't they suspend him? He may have only used it to lose weight, but it is still a banned substance he used.

They don't detect the pill dumbass. One of the substances in the pill, is what caused the positive test.

Something isn't right with this. The list of banned substances are plastered all over the locker room. These players know what they are and I would bet a majority of them have it memorized.

Of course they do. Who in their right mind has ever heard of a RB trying to lose weight in the middle of the season? These guys lose weight by playing. Something stinks and it aint just Sean Paytons farts

I'm sure this is not the show that the NFL wanted to put on for London this weekend. They were probably going to hold off on suspending Deuce and Co. till after the London game

Their is a considerable lag between when drug tests are taken and when they are reported. This test could've been taken back in training camp as it usually takes a few months for NFL drug test results to turn up. I doubt it is a middle of the season thing. Remember, Sean Payton was anal about players making weight in TC.

Na, it sends a statement that they have a zero tolerance policy.

Now that it has come out publicly yes that is what they will do, but this broad in Denver didn't get the results before the NFL did. I'm willing to bet the results were just not produced today.
