Zero 4th down attempts.
Including a punt on 4th and 1 at his own 44 that nearly cost the Lions the game. That gave the Saints the ball back with under a minute left, and they ended up driving far enough that they could attempt a 60 yard field goal as time expired. (Which is a makeable FG in today’s NFL, especially indoors.)

You think any coach in their right mind goes for it there? You miss and you have the opponent a minute to gain about 5 yards to win

Well, that’s basically what happened anyway. He punted the ball, and then the Saints drove into FG range anyway.
