Not bad for a guy that came from a soccer background. USFL kicker too. Jerry Jones found a diamond in a kicker.

He was hitting the crossbar in kickoffs all night. That kid has a hell of a leg. He is 30-30 on the season. Longest perfect streak to open a career in NFL history.

Nfl front offices are mostly not as bright as people think and they also don’t give much thought to kicking. They call the usual/xfl spring league kickers and assume they can’t translate. They say they don’t have real game experience but even if one comes in for a workout and goes perfect they’ll take the guy who has been recycled through 4 teams and failed every time.
