I have to say it does look a little weird - a guy in a Cowboys shirt with a headset on and a smart phone out (taking photos?), behind Sean. I mean, what is up with that?

Thought cell phones on the sideline were against the rules. Didn't the browns get in trouble for that a few years ago? Might be a different team though.

He's standing behind the orange glove guy. Orange glove guy is who tells the officials if TV is going to a commercial or going to stay on air during play stoppages. There is one of these guys at every game. He has his phone out probably waiting to time an upcoming commercial break. My guess is that he's probably part of the Cowboys' radio production crew.
