No as in, my cable box is stuck on an emergency message and I can't change channels from QVC. I've tried calling but their circuits are busy and unplugging it and plugging back in didn't fix it

COX could F up a wet dream. I hate those F'er's so freaking much. I have missed LSU and SAints games because of their poor arse service. I'm just waiting for U-Verse to come to my area.

Yeah, COX is fricking terrible, but I don't won't switch to uverse because I will lose Cox sports for baseball season. This ridiculous that it is taking them this long to sort out this problem.
