I'll take $13.165M. Because of the intentional working from those reporting it; I see it as followed:
$60M upfront already locks in the first $12M, 10th year sets his minimum at $1.165M
May also be willing to take minimum in first year since he'll have another $40M guaranteed over the 3 years after

Looks like Carr's 2023 salary cap hit is about $7.2M, per numbers reported by Mike Florio at PFT. $1.5M base salary and $5.7M prorated signing bonus.
