Carr will renegotiate a new contract and convert most of it to a signing bonus.

He gets his guaranteed money upfront and new team gets a cap friendly deal.

The only question is which team does he sign with. Saints, Jets, or another team.

Feel like the Jets are going all in on Rodgers.

Rodgers wants to be a raider though, right?

Who knows what he actually wants. He is too busy doing psychedelics lol

But yea, Raiders or Jets will probably end up with him

Couldn’t think of a worse way to end a hall of fame career, I’d definitely retire if those were the options

Jets are actually close to competing for a Super Bowl if they found a qb. He could compete for a Super Bowl with that roster. I just don’t know how much he has left in the tank

I'm ok with making a run for Carr but definitely no ok with over paying for him. This team is not a QB away from competing, and won't be after the june 1st cuts for sure, but if done right they can be competitive again as soon as 2024/2025.

It's possible that Carr see that and that's why he is wanting to keep his no trade clause in tact and hit FA.
