BTW... the Panthers were SO, SO stupid on that 3rd down play
all trying to point out the Saints were in the neutral zone they forgot that either contact has to be made, a Panther needs to false start while a Saint is in the neutral zone, or the ball snapped while a Saint is in the neutral zone to actually get the call
