Not everyone in NW LA are bandwagon fans, and I can assure you I would be more than glad to help out a Saint Fan if the situation was reversed.
Are there a lot of Cowboy fans here? Sure, and I have hated them for 20+ years.
A lot of you guys paint Shreveport with a broad brush.

The voting has largely been towards the Saints, 97% saints for one week. I know plenty of people from Shreveport who have been season ticket holders since the 80's. Yet I don't know a single family with season tickets to the Cowgirls. Most of my friends have grown up as Saints fans.

Just because we are not south of Alexandria doesn't mean we can't be Saints fans up here. Our tax money goes to organization too
In fact I consider us "real" fans up here. Even after being inundated w/ Cowboys coverage. We still choose to follow the Saints.
You are not a real fan because, one, you haven't gone through that and also you chose not to support your fellow Saints fans up here.
Oh also when you feel the need to cuss out our little area up here, keep in mind the help we provide w/ the influx of South Louisiana people whenever a hurricane comes through your area.
You have a Happy Holiday now.

I feel Gutter's pain, although I would have preferred he used more tact.
WDF is a good guy, he and a lot of our Southern friends probably feel that Shreveport is full of nothin but bandwagoners and Cowboy fans.

Thanks bro. I know they have some good people in tha shreve. That still doesn't take away from the fact of that area being mostly Jerrah world. You are in a special select group of saints fans out of that area. I would be willing to bet there are more cowboys/saints bandwagoner fans there than true diehard saints fans. I would like to be proven wrong though, believe that.

I so wish this quote was 100% correct but its not. I know plenty of people in south Louisiana who jumped on the Cowboy's & 49ers bandwagon's in the late 80's/early 90's who are avid Saints haters as well. They are the most annoying people on the face of the planet. They haven't been able to say shite the last few seasons but have gotten their rocks off due to the Saints up & down play this season. I really had to restrain myself from punching one guy I went to high school with who is a 49er fan in the mouth during the 0-4 start & the loss in the dome to the 49ers.
