I’d just like to add that about 3 years of Jordan’s career we had him as a 3 tech run stopper in a 3-4 defense. If we had him as a rushing end in a 4-3 his whole career, he’d have at least 105 sacks right now.

He's on pace for 18 sacks this season
That's 11.2 sacks per year so far through his career.
If he plays until he's 35 he'll have 141 total career sacks. Possibly more because he wasn't as productive in his first few years and he wasn't playing with a defensive line that freed him up as much as he is now and probably will through the rest of his career with how young this defense is. Also, teams are throwing the ball a lot more now which means he'll have more opportunities to sack the quarterback than in early in his career.
That means he may end up 6 or 7th all-time in career sacks in NFL history. That's pretty fricking amazing.
If he plays until he's 38 he'll be 3rd all-time behind Bruce Smith and Reggie White!
GOAT Saints defensive player
ETA: 38 seems to be the average retirement age for most of the top guys on that sack list. Not unlikely that Cam could end up being 3rd all time.
If you just look at his sack totals from the last three seasons and his numbers show that he's trending consistent recently and getting better with age, he's averaging 14.3 sacks per year.
That would be 199.4 career sacks. 0.6 career sacks behind the all-time leader Bruce Smith.
A lot of assumptions in this, injuries, down year, changes along the defensive line, earlier than average retirement age, Etc but it just shows what is possible.

Probably the best HoF chance the franchise has going forward besides Drew of course

Cam has a very good chance to win Defensive Player of the Year this year. It’s between him and Gilmore
Though they’ll prolly give it to Gilmore

And he has had several taken away because of penalties. Man is a beast.

If he remains healthy, CGM is a lock Hall of Famer.

Too bad Favre isn't still playing and could gift Cam a few freebees.
