We should have never let TB have him back after we stole him. Perfect fit for that number 2/3 te role we need now.

Brate is the obvious guy but I think they really like Lucas Krull. He might be the guy they use to replace a Trautman.

You can bring Krull up from the practice squad but you still need to bring in 1-2 UDFA TE’s.

If thats true thats crazy. I don’t know if any doctor would clear a guy diagnosed with cancer to play football within months.

Depends how quickly they caught it and how much treatment he had to do. I would put his chance of playing for the Saints this year at around 10%. I think he’s got a 60/40 chance of playing again in general. The main focus should be on Foster. Football is irrelevant right now as it should be.

Its possible both Krull and Brate could help win us games instead of losing them per trout.
