Elated? Not quite.
Happy? Nope.
I'm ambivalent.
Everything that has happened this season just confirmed my beliefs. Even with Carr, the offense was complete dogshit. No running game, no sustainability. Literally everything I said about the offense has come true while you guys were furiously masturbating about Jon Gruden working with the offense. Not sure what you're crying about.

Do we give Haener a shot? We might have a sliver of a chance with Kamara coming back

More: Derek Carr is believed to have suffered an AC sprain, source said. After a multitude of tests, there was no additional damage. When he plays will be determined by the swelling and how he gains mobility.

Remember last time we did this?

Yeah but I feel now more people hope he is out for a while. Not saying Jameis is better but not exactly sure if Carr is better either.

Pretty sure that's not much of a thing anymore.

Carr probably had 3.5 good games out of 10. Whatever happens will probably be on par with what we saw from him the last 10 weeks

Winston is a upgrade so jokes on you.

With Carr healthy, the absolute best this team can do is barely win the worst division in football and get bounced in the first round of the playoffs.
And if we are being honest, while I like Carr, the drop off from him to Winston isn't that far.
No matter what happens, if Dennis Allen gets to keep his job because of this, I'll be pissed.

Why everyone should hope to miss the playoffs. Remember when Bears made playoffs with Nagy and Trubisky and they kept Nagy- then had a horrible year again. Why its important for this franchise to hit rock bottom this year and not next. Plus draft is deep especially at qb this year.

Could not agree more.
This team is AT BEST a perpetual average to below-average team with Dennis Allen as head coach.
If ownership is fine with that and they retain DA for next season, I won't watch another game until he's fired.
