Witness acted like it happened in unison. Smith announced gun, then Hayes, followed by shots by Hayes. According to that witness.
Witnesses also said hands up don't shoot was a thing that actually happened. How'd that work out?

I read it as the weren't releasing that info. NEver once did it say that. Not trying to start

Bullet wound paths will help tell the story of first WS strike to last. Casing location will help determine shooter position. Location of bullet strike that passed through wifes leg also important. What type of .45 cal weapon holds 10+ rounds? Extended mag? Means you left the house with a pistol loaded to max to overcome and kill not defend yourself. This scenario is not a war zone where firepower is important.

Yes you are.

Yes they did. A spokesperson explicitly said no visible weapons were recovered.

please state the point you are trying to make with that article? I have said already that if one retreats you cannot just shoot them. shooting someone in the back has absolutely nothing to do with it though and there is no law that says shooting someone in the back decides if it was a legit self defense or not.
I do agree that more often than not if someone is shot in the back that it would be harder to prove self defense... the circumstances ive read so far in this case are quite different though.

Come on man.
Am I supposed to leave my house with my gun with only 4 bullets because that 'should be enough' to defend myself?

According to NOPD he didn't have a gun visibly out (ETA: on his person or in his vehicle), so your attempt at spinning the argument back to "my" side wasn't a good one.
nopd also never told us about the hit and run. have they even acknowledged it up to this point at all?
also, I was discussing application of the self defense law. I also never mentioned will smith and used myself as an example if we are trying to play "gotcha" here.

A real man only needs one
Yea, that's a pretty ridiculous thing to say.

Holy shite.

Sure.

he may have even had hollow points

The coroner's report confirming he was pretty much exclusively shot in the back is the biggest bite in the self-defense case
and if Racquel was leading Will back to his vehicle after trying to calm the situation down when he was struck... then he was definitely not a threat and thus this is clearly murder and not self-defense
ETA: also the earlier pics that purportedly showed the skid marks left by Will's vehicle from being hit by Hayes is also another ding showing Hayes was the aggressor in the whole situation

This unfortunate incident brings out some very outlandish thoughts from some people.

Cause then he would have ended up on the ground.
Not necessarily at all! You are one obtuse mfer

Those skid marks are from the hummer.

That was an orchestrated narrative started by a BLM type group to get the jump on public opinion. I doubt witnesses are orchestrating a narrative in this case.

I'm not, you were just deflecting, so I said something equally irrelevant.

The skid marks did not come from Will's vehicle. The treads are completely different
