It never fails. When LSU has a bad season or bad loss over there? Here comes a sewage leak over here

I just don't understand why he's getting the ok from ppl on this board.
The answer is because he's not Jameis. I don't agree but for some screwed up reason people on here have a personal vandetta against Jameis. I guess every family member of the Uber driver post here, yet they celebrate a killer in ray Lewis

A lot of people were rubbed the wrong way by Jameis’s college antics (stealing crab legs, sexual assault allegations, f$&k her right in the p@??y, etc), many were scared off by his high rate of interceptions at Tampa and his weird antics (eat a w), and others simply haven’t been satisfied by what they’ve seen of him in his handful of starts as a Saint.
Everyone knows Jameis has a high ceiling and could be a top 5 QB in this league, but he simply hasn’t lived up to that billing in New Orleans.
With that said, controversy exists because there’s no one CLEARLY better on this roster. Hill is a crazy athlete, but he’s fumble-prone and such a mediocre passer that you can see passing plays with him in the game are designed to limit him to only half of the field. Dalton was a decent qb in his day and is a serviceable backup, yet failed to get even above average game manager stats against some of the league’s worst defenses.
The reality is all three of these qbs are limited.

sexual assault allegations
I remember visiting the Florida State boards when it happened.
There were some pretty detailed bits about the allegation.
Sorry, but I've hated Winston since I visited those boards and saw what a piece of shite he really is.
Being on my team isn't going to change that.

I’ve brought this up several times when I was criticized for saying we should go after Watson in the off-season and got downvoted.
Winston is probably worse since Watson paid girls to come over with many of them returning several times even though he ‘assaulted’ them.
Like I said if we gonna start a sexual predator at QB, at least go with one that’s actually good lol.

Where is everyone getting that Winston has such a “high ceiling”?
Is it because he can throw the ball deep? He tried that 4 times in a game with olave and couldn’t hit him in stride a single time.
Is it the 5k yard season where people conveniently ignore the 30 interceptions?
I’ll tell you why I don’t like him quarterbacking the team:
He can’t read a blitz
He panics in the pocket
He doesn’t make blocking adjustments at the line.
He’s called exactly one audible in 4 games this season.
He tries to force 20 yard passes into triple coverage.
Those were just a few things off the top of my head. I don’t give a shite how high his hypothetical ceiling is when he’s shown that the floor is deeper than the Grand Canyon.

You pretty much nailed it. All things that are more important to playing quarterback than how great an arm you have.
He will make throws very few QBs can make but it’s not often enough to put up with all the boneheaded throws and just lack of awareness needed to play the position at a high winning level.

Not the best way to express your approval of a player. What are you, 12?

He's definitely better than hurt Jameis. I don't think he's better than healthy Jameis. But I also don't know if we're going to see that anytime soon

No, you're not a racist, you're a dumbass....

My favorite thing that….even though I’m actually correct about the above statement(it happened during his last game)…you couldn’t disagree with any of the other issues that I posted.

He also cannot run the offense. It's clear that the problem has been him and less of Carmichael. It's amazing we even won games with how conservative we were with him before he got injured last season. He clearly has arm talent but that's about it. I don't really get the argument about having a "high ceiling" just on arm talent alone. Plenty of great QBs throughout the years with mediocre arms.

There’s a reason why Pete played ultra-conservative with him last season and why Sean did the same the year before when drew went down.
But hey….maybe this kid knows more that both Sean and Pete
