That's typical in an affidavit, which is more evidence that Hargrove never wrote it.

The Commish brought all this on himself by continually bragging about how much and how damning the "bounty documentation was. I must have heard the NFL spout off a dozen times how they had over 15k pages of documentation. Then the NFL solicited the former prosecutor to review and she in turn said how damning and conclusive the data was.

Did the NFL actually think eventually people would NOT start asking to see all the "data"? If I didn't have a dog in the fight, I still would want to know what the documentation actually said bc the NFL was been bragging for months how great it was.

How the NFL isn't being crucified for it is beyond me

The media is still taking the Williams audio literally. When he says " Affect the head" he's meaning intimidate. When he says "We want Gore's head going sideways" he means keep him from running North and South, yet the Worldwide Leader and NFL Network keeps pumping out that these are Damning Evidence of a Bounty!

Why aren't the spending any time on the Giants ADMITTING to going after Kyle Williams concussed head?

That's what I want to know. Yet it is completely ignored.

What is annoying is that Aiello has completely blown this off as well as Ryan's comments in his book - "Each game we might also designate an opposing player with a dot," Ryan wrote in a chapter titled, 'Blunt Force Trauma.' "Players don't want to be dotted by the New York Jets, because that means we want that dude knocked out of the game." Aiello said that players are held accountable for their actions on the field (i.e not intent). However, I guess that "rule" only applies to teams like the Giants and Jets whereas the Saints are being severly punished for spoken word and assumed intent. It is ludicrous to me that the owners are sitting back and letting the incompetent one ruin the credibility of their league.
