The problem is your linebackers.
Vilma has a huge, huuuuuge distaste for the 34 (reason he left the Jets) and you don't have an outside linebacker on roster suited for it.

Fwiw, this guy is extremely football intelligent and has shown crazy flexibility on where he's placed.
