They have done a very poor job at communicating about allocation and allotments. I didn't opt out and have only received one email from them about tickets and it was for the Carolina game and it said I wasn't chosen.

Pretty poor management by the ticket office.

I think the issue is every week it changes. So it’s possible they are being forced to wait until the last minute in order to comply with state and local orders.

I agree 100% with the original comment.

They would buy a ton of goodwill by just doing a Season Ticket newsletter/communication e-mail each week - even if it is something as simple as below (which needs to be wordsmithed) instead of making people like me think I accidentally missed an e-mail about my tickets or that it ended up in my spam folder:

"At this time, we have not allotted any tickets for the two remaining regular season home games as we continue to work together with the state of Louisiana and the city of New Orleans on social distancing measures.

If tickets become available for allotment during the upcoming games in the Superdome against the Chiefs (December 20th) and Vikings (December 25th), we will let you know either way - if you have been selected or not.

Thank you for understanding and your loyalty to the New Orleans Saints.

We will be back in touch as soon as we have more information."

They could sell an advertisement at the bottom of the e-mail to an official partner and also put an ad placement for a merchandise product (i.e. Taysom color rush jersey).

Latoya will have last say - and she won't be bullied.

Let me just say this on the numbers. If the numbers stay what they projected for the rest of the season then I do not see many people getting offered more than 1 game. Maybe some of the lowers offered two.

I have no idea how many kept and how many opted out. But I would think that at the limited number the idea that said fan was going to get offered two rounds of tickets would be on the low in.

With that being said if I had already accepted tickets then I would not be expecting any more this season.

There are two games remaining at home and probably several people have not received the first offer.

I got tickets to the San Francisco game. I think they notified me the Monday before the game.

The only other notification I got was to tell me I had tickets to the Chargers game, then an hour later they told me to disregard the previous e-mail because the ticket plan had been nixed by the city.
