What would be the chances of luring Andrew Luck out of retirement? He could be ready to play again. I believe his contract is over in 2021. Its worth a try.

Pretty sure he would still have however many years left that he retired with.

Worth a try for what? We have 3 capable quarterbacks.

So you would pass on a potential HOF QB with proven experience? I think we've found Loomis' replacement.

Don't hold your breath on Luck. He retired because he didn't want to be a walking advertisement for repeated traumatic brain injuries.

Can't say that I blame him, either. Given that, my guess is there's no way he comes out of retirement.

A retired players contract doesn’t toll while he’s retired

If he unretires at any point, the Colts retain his rights at 3 years/65 million which is what was left on his contract when he retired

I think the Colts agreed to pay him his remaining contract value.
