Hurt unfortunately because he could easily be our TE3.

He will be on the Practice Squad...no way Payton rolls with him having missed so much training camp.

Honestly, I don't think our 3rd TE is currently on the roster.

A.J. Derby might have a decent shot at being the #3.

I’m wondering why we gave up on Deon Yelder. He’s been looking great for the Chiefs in preseason. He’s playing right behind Kelce.

Yep, Derby has done well. Arnold May have run out of chances.

Possibly. When you can't block (as a TE) & you keep doing stupid shite...it usually doesn't work out well for you.

I know he has good height, length, & athleticism for a TE, but that can olny get you so far. You have to put it all together & he just hasn't yet. It's a shame, b/c he does have nice potential in the passing game.

He's probably just improved a lot over the last year or 2. If we cut him...he probably sucked at the time or he was injured.

I think us missing on Fleener and Watson being injured made us rush Arnold into service too soon. If Arnold was on the PS for two or three years, I think he could go on to have a good career in the NFL.

I'd like Arnold on the PS as well. Good news is that I don't think he would be poached. There's always a chance, but I think we could get him on the PS.

Young players with potential, that haven't put it together yet, is basically the whole purpose of the PS.

I'd take both Arnold & Mack on the PS.

I wish Mack would get healthy soon. Physically, he seems to look the part. Can he play the part? It looks like a pretty good hamstring injury when he pulled up lame.

With the backs and receivers that have been emerging and the need for some more OL, I hardly see the point of even having a 3rd TE.

Cook will get the vast majority of TE targets and J. Hill is a solid blocker/safety valve.

ETA: T. Hill can play some TE if needed. I’d cut loose Mack, Arnold, and Derby.
