The NFL is funny because I could see Leatherwood (or guys similar to him) coming to a team like Nola and reviving their career and getting on the right track. Going to a shite show like Chicago likely means his career is over (unless that new regime is REALLY something different)

Yeah. Leatherwood is horrible. Dude is a complete bust. I dont get why anyone would want to claim him and take on that contract

What's left? I see base salaries of:
22: 660k
23: 1.3aM
24: 1.96M
25: 2.62M
I don't think they will suffer any consequences if he is cut during this contract, either.
