Why is everyone so salty? This is what you wanted, remember? A mediocre limp into the playoffs and to somehow find a way to get lucky. Well we just barely missed our chance, but this is what you all signed up for. Y'all were ok with signing a proven loser QB for $150 million, after he had just been fired. Yall were ok with Loomis' handling of the cap situation, stating "he always finds a way". Yall are ok with old bums like Cam Jordan and Demario Davis still being the backbone of our defense. Yall told me how great Michael Thomas is as a leader and how he was finally going to have his comeback season, instead of being a useless cancer. Hell, we even fired Pete Carmichael like everyone wanted. Everything has gone according to plan. So what gives?

No sense in talking shite on Demario, dude is a warrior and has left it all on the field for the Saints.

Yeah. OP does accurately paint this board for the last 2 years, but he's way off base regarding Demario and Cam, especially Demario.

He’s been one of the best defensive free agents in Saints history.

Ok I retract the 'bum' part. Demario and Cam are great saints who caught some stray bullets there.

Did you watch the team this year?

At no point this season did I feel like the Saints had the best player in the game. That’s on Loomis.

At no point this season did I feel like we had the better coaching staff. That’s on Loomis and Allen.

Saints were 9-8 due to an easy schedule. Not team excellence.

Takes a man to admit a wrongdoing. You can just direct everything else at Michael Thomas. That guy is a bum.

I watched as many as I could, followed the best I could. Not sure if you meant this reply to me or not.

Basically a carr injury in an easy win (packers) from making the playoffs, which is the goal every season. This season like all seasons except one had frustrations, but I enjoyed some of it. If all you can enjoy in football is championships, I don't see why some of you even follow - heartbreak 96.9% of the time.

"guys if we sign Carr, we'll have the best QB in the NFC South" -Many on this board

even that didn't turn out to be true.

You can't win a title every year, but you can be building towards one.

This team was not built to contend or even contend in the future. It was built to achieve the smallest of goals (win a terrible division) and it failed.

also let's not play this game.
