I like taking a premier proven corner to pair with Porter. I love McK but the clock is ticking fast on him.

Draftwise you could get a top free safety in the later half of the first round (pick 32 baby!!). Taylor Mays is at the top of the list but could go before a Saint pick. I glanced over 2009 Mocks and saw this FS mentioned for NO on several. I thought this comment was particuliarly good...
New Orleans Saints: William Moore, S, Missouri
I chose William Moore over Aaron Curry because I believe the free safety position is a much greater need for the Saints. I have no idea why they didn't upgrade it last year, but they must take care of it this offseason. Josh Bullocks was so terrible, he was replaced by Kevin Kaesviharn, who is hardly the answer.

Nice too...
Moore is the epitome of a ball hawk, recording 8 interceptions in 2007 which was tops in the country. He is also a big time hitter with nice size at 6' 1" 215 lbs.
