The wind could be the biggest issue...gust up to 40mph possible.

The Temperature, wind and windchill will be bigger factors IMO. You aren't going to see a monsoon likely like what you saw in the Carolina game. It will rain mostly lightly with some occasional moderate strength rain.
The issue will honestly be the wind. Cold and wet is often much worse than even colder and dry. It will supposedly have a windchill in the upper 30's tomorrow at game time and throughout. Honestly, I think the noise won't be as big of a factor this time. Saints have been there and dealt with it and it won't be as loud as the Monday Night game.

Yes, even if they were to yell as much as they did in the first game (which I doubt they would in the rain), the sound will not carry as much in the rain. Advantage SAINTS!
