Also, Sean Payton was a rookie head coach in 2006 when he took over a pitiful Saints roster and brought us to the NFC Championship Game in year 1.

Sean Payton had Drew Brees. Who was 10X the player Shough/Rattler were in college and that’s not even discussing his NFL experience. Dennis Allen was once a rookie coach also fyi….

I'd probably be willing to bet a months salary that the Saints don't go 0-17. And if you think that... then you aren't very supportive.

Has nothing to do with being supportive l. It’s about being realistic. We are throwing a 2nd rounder out there with little help on offense.

he was 15-14 as a starter here.

there are a bunch of mediocre teams in the league.

Loomis was ready to ride it out with Carr while guarding his desk knowing that as long as the team is middle of the pack his job status would be fine.

Hell, it's probably is safe regardless.

0-17

Honestly, without Carr (or some other decent vet QB), the Saints are the worst team in the NFL.

I could see 0-17 this year with no big FA addition at QB.

Can't see it.

You are saying you see this team doing something no team has ever done and only 2 teams (0-16, Browns, Lions) have done in the modern era.

This team will be bad. But closer to 5 win bad than 0 wins.

The roster isn’t good and we are mediocre at the qb position. This is an 0-17 talent level team with the QBs we have.

In the past, we at least had defensive talent to keep us in games but our secondary has taken a major step back compared to what we had going into last season.

Don't disagree about the defense... but anyone that watches the NFL regularly knows even the worst of qbs "accidently" wins at least a couple

You will inevitably have an opponent or a few that just won't take us seriously.

Im not saying we will be good at all. But we are not at all 0 win bad

0 wins- 2 wins it’s all the same. Still at the bottom of the league.

I saw where 63% of first year HCs improve on the previous
years record.

Your last 2 posts were calling someone a retard and idiot. How about you give us your breakdown on the season Mr.Tigerbait2008.

Hell, you can even come on my podcast and argue your point if you like since you seem to know better than me.

Is this some sort of coping mechanism so if we do well you can say, "I'm happy to eat crow!" What an emotional little bitch you are. Get your feelings together before leaving the house, Nancy.

0-17>>>>> 7-8 wins and no playoffs

We’ve been throwing away seasons since we hired DA, I’m ok with 1 of completely bottoming out if it gets us a shot at a true franchise QB.
