My rep upgraded our seats for one game. I made a comment to my group that let's enjoy the honeybees while we are close enough to get a good look.
The people sitting next to us overheard me (I assume) and the guy next to me later relayed that his daughter was a honeybee and her brother and fiance' were in the two seats next to him.

You shoulda said your daughter/fiance/sister is ugly and I wasn't looking at her anyways

She's one of the captains so might have some sway over the others. But it is her last year doing it. Senior at UNO and teaching next year.
To further insert my foot in my mouth, when I asked why this was her last year, he said she'll be teaching next year and it probably isn't the best example for a teacher to be a honeybee.
It was pretty awkward after that too. I thought the guy was bsing me at first but he gave me alot of details on her. He was waving to her and she was waving to him every time they came on the floor to dance or throw t-shirts.
