If I was Gentry I’d have him rushing the paint and looking for contact every fricking possession. frick his little BS pull up game. He is elite at driving and around the basket, and he continues to pull up off the dribble. Doesn’t make sense to me.

18 points on 8-13 shooting in the 1st half

ETA: Don't forget he's already got a double-double

Nothing, so tired of him being so soft. He wants nothing to do with contact. Put on some damn weight and get in the gym. Not being allowed in the paint by Draymond Green. Sad

Do you expect him to beat the best, most bullshite assembled team in nba history by himself? He’s doing more against Green than anyone else in the nba. The Warriors broke the NBA when they signed Durant.

This is why you watch a game to completion before dropping your arm chair analysis

Regardless there is an element of truth to the criticism. When things get tough or he feels challenged, AD reverts back to his midrange. It’s his binky/safe space. He is a midrange master, but he takes too many and at some point he needs to stretch those long 2’s out to the perimeter with some consistency and improve finishing through contact in close if he wants to take the next step in his game.
