Did Utah have a time out to spare because it almost seems common courtesy when a player is screaming in agony like that?

bullshite. My acl and meniscus tear (acl snapped off the bone) was the most painful thing I've ever experienced, and I've sprained and broken a shite ton of body parts

That might've been the case for you, but normally ACL tears don't hurt that much. I blew mine out along w/ my patella and didn't really think anything was wrong until the x-ray.

I'd say the sound was the worst part of the experience...

...Until the six months of rehab.

I'd be happy if he's back in time for the playoffs. If CP and keeps playing well (superb play in, what, 5 of the last 6 games) and Landry steps up like I know he can, we should squeeze in and face the Spurs or Mavs.

David West is still on the trainer's table in a lot of pain. They're just saying "left knee trauma" and won't have more info until an MRI

it wouldn't bother me too much if he didn't suit up again this season as long as his status as a FA isn't affected. he's been a legit pro since day one in New Orleans and deserves to get a good deal, Hornets or not.
